Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of body care products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges based on personal fragrance preferences, changes of mind, or circumstances unrelated to a verified product defect or an error on our part.

We kindly encourage all customers to be familiar with the fragrances they select before purchasing. Please utilize Fragrantica to research for notes and reviews. Non-inspired by/originals will have notes listed under the "FRAGRANCE NOTES" tab. Scent is highly subjective, and individual preferences and perceptions can vary. For this reason, we strongly discourage blind buying, as simply not enjoying a particular fragrance or its texture does not qualify an item for a refund or exchange.

This is a very small business and we apologize for not being able to extend the same return policy conveniences that a much larger company or corporation can. We take pride in the quality of our products and are happy to address any legitimate concerns involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items.
